What is your return policy?
Earrings are a personal item and to ensure we stay hygienic we do not accept returns, however if you do have any issues please contact us as we are happy to review this on a case by case basis, and of course we will adhere to all conditions of the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! You can either pick from some suggested amounts, or pick your own amount. Get them here
What are your earrings and other products made of?
We use a variety of art mediums in our earrings, however we always try to use as many discarded or recycled products as possible.

Our current base products are either polymer clay, natural clays, cement, non-toxic resin and natural New Zealand woods.

Colourants and embellishments are mainly recycled mica powers, non-toxic inks, acrylic paints and recycled glitter/foil and resin varnish.
Some items have little quantities of sand, pebbles, flowers and plant material where listed. These have all been hand sourced with the correct permits and permissions from local land owners and iwi.
Our metal used is all nickel free, which is usually the culprit if you have reactions to earrings, we can also use specially designed plastic hooks for those that have very sensitive ears - get in touch!

Where are you based? Do you have a physical location to view the products?
We are an ecommerce company and have a private studio based in Auckland, New Zealand. If you do need to view the products please get in touch, we would be happy to work something out.
